Co-founder — Swiss DLT Act (2021) real-estate tokenisation, live on Polygon mainnet. The first 5–10 deals focus on direct tokenisation for family offices and UHNW investors, within and outside Switzerland. Co-founded with a former UBS Managing Director (non-executive board) and an ETH Zurich student.
Traction — CHF 500K proof-of-concept acquisition in progress (Romandie); CHF 3M property in Geneva; expressions of interest from institutional banks, family offices and UHNW investors.
Architecture — ERC-3643 / T-REX institutional custody & wallet stack. Six UUPS-upgradeable smart contracts: token, on-chain KYC/AML identity registry, compliance, XCHF profit distribution, trusted-issuers registry, factory — with CISA Art. 10 transfer restrictions and FINMA-aligned logic embedded on-chain.
